My Top 12 Health Habit Tips (that work)



  1. Brush your teeth straight after dinner to prevent snacking or alcohol at night! It works!

  2. Remove all processed foods & snacks from house (or don‘t buy it) - completely. Make it an effort to ‘crack’ when you get the urge for something sweet!

  3. Lay out your workout gear at end of bed every night. I want you to trip over it!

  4. Set 1hr move & water alarm throughout day. Every time it dings move (stretch, squat, walk) & have a glass of water

  5. Have a glass of kombucha (maybe mix with coconut water) when you really want a beer. It satisfies the same taste desire!

  6. Turn off all phone notifications except phone calls! ALL OF THEM!

  7. Get the morning sun in your eyes every day! A walk is great but brekky on the balcony will do!

  8. Have lunch next to plants! Park, garden, courtyard. You have to be able to touch and smell a plant! Never at desk!

  9. Have a glass of water (maybe with apple cider vinegar) 20min before dinner… you eat less & glucose spike is much less!

  10. Move social media apps to 4th page of Home Screen and set phone to grey scale - put ‘crap’ where you don’t see it & make it unattractive!

  11. Put your socks on standing up - at 75yrs old you will thank me!

  12. Never use your hands (on chair arms or your own legs) to get up out of a chair. Not at 30, 60 or 90!
